STEP 2
Fill in your details. (etc : Name, MyKad number, Mobile Number (WhatsApp Enabled), email address).

STEP 3
Upload your receipt showing the Store Name, Invoice/Receipt Number, Purchase Date, and Total Purchase Amount.
